Come join us on February 22, 2026 at Spray Lakes in Cochrane from 9am-12pm (see session timeslots below).
9am-10am & 10am-11am (all ages) or
11am-12pm (U13-U17)
for a free Try It Session!!
Helmet, gloves and indoor running shoes are mandatory. Sticks will be provided. Limited quantities available.
