2026 Spring Box Lacrosse Season

Registration for the 2026 season opens December 15, 2025!

Our payment process for this season:

**Early Bird Pricing - Effective December 15, 2025 - February 15th, 2026**

This year, we made a change to the payment process to accommodate families right before Christmas. At the time of registration, you will be automatically charged $75 only. There will be 3 more scheduled payments starting on February 1st, the 2nd will be on March 1st, and the 3rd will be on April 1st. These will be equal installments of the balance owing after the $75 initial charge. We still offer the pay in full method at the time of registration for families wanting to pay all at once.

If you register after February 15th, 2026, the fees will return to regular price and there will be 2 equal payment installments, as opposed to 3. The first will be on the day you register, and the 2nd will be April 1st.

*If you are choosing the E-transfer payment method, payment MUST be made in FULL at time of registration.

**Registration MUST be paid in full on or before April 1st, 2026. If there is an outstanding balance, your player will be suspended from all RVLA activities until the balance has been paid.                       

Have you taken your Respect in Sport Parent Course? You will need to complete this course in order to register your player(s) for the upcoming season.

Course Fee: $12.00

Respect in Sport (RIS) Certification is a requirement of Calgary District Lacrosse Association and its' member clubs in order to register your child in lacrosse.

Already certified? (Certification from other sports will be accepted - Hockey, Soccer, etc. - Please import your number to CDLA)

**Our registration numbers are paramount to our pre-season planning so we would ask all families intending to participate in the 2026 lacrosse season to register as quickly as possible.**

New Rockyview Lacrosse Members

• You will need to create a user account for the online registration system (if you've used Ramp for another sport, you can use your same login).
• We accept registration payments with credit card and E-transfer (If paying by E-transfer, payment MUST be made in FULL at the time of registration.)
• For U11-U17, please provide Proof of Address at evaluations.

REFUND POLICY

ALL DIVISIONS - The process of evaluations and team setting incurs significant volunteering efforts and substantial operating costs. In the event that a player withdraws from our program, the following actions will apply; Prior to the commencement of evaluations a $50 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the players registration fees; -Before end of the 2nd evaluation, a $75 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the players registration fees. After the final floor time but prior to the first game of the regular season, a $100 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the players registration fees.

NO REFUND will be provided to any player withdrawing from the program after league start-up, except in the event of an injury (please see below)

Injury Policy - ALL DIVISIONS -In the case of injury, fees will be prorated based on timing within the season and in accordance with our Refund Policy; subject to board approval.
