Refund Policy

ALL DIVISIONS - The process of evaluations and team setting incurs significant volunteering efforts and substantial operating costs. In the event that a player withdraws from our program, the following actions will apply

  • Prior to the commencement of evaluations, a $50 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the players registration fees
  • Before end of the 2nd evaluation, a $75 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the players registration fees
  • After the final floor time but prior to the first game of the regular season, a $100 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the players registration fees
  • NO REFUND will be provided to any player withdrawing from the program after league start-up, except in the event of an injury (please see below) 
  • Mini Tyke & Tyke, if a player chooses to withdraw before May 15th they will get a full refund. Zero refund after May 15th .

Injury Policy - ALL DIVISIONS 

  • In the case of injury, fees will be prorated based on timing within the season and in accordance with our Refund Policy; subject to board approval.
