RVLA Discipline Guidelines

All warning letters will be attached to personal file and held for 1 calendar year after incident for minor infractions.
All Moderate or Major discipline will be held on file for 2 calendar years after incident.
A probationary duration may be added to any discipline handed out.
Board members will be held to a higher standard and may have the discipline increased but it can be more than double of the Matrix,
RVLA may add supplemental discipline over and above CDLA or ALA discipline issued but it shall not exceed the original discipline handed out by CDLA or ALA for any reason. ie: If CDLA issues a 2 game suspension, RVLA can issue another 2 games for a total of 4 but no more.
A warning letter will be issued to the team when another parent makes a statement about other parents conduct in the stands to help protect the person or persons making the complaint.
