Can I use my kids hockey equipment?
Absolutely, however we do recommend lacrosse arm guards as they cover more surface. You want the bottom of the shoulder pad to touch the top of the arm guard and the bottom of the arm guard to touch the top of the glove. Lacrosse gloves are also better as they offer more mobility.
Is my kid to old to start playing lacrosse?
Absolutely not! We have kids starting lacrosse at all ages even U17.
